41. NEW COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT CONCESSIONS AGREEMENT WITH AZ FISHING 4 FLATHEAD CAT, LLC DBA FLATHEAD ED ADVENTURES Approve a new Commercial Management Concessions Agreement with AZ Fishing 4 Flathead Cat, LLC dba Flathead Ed Adventures that will allow this Concessionaire to manage, operate and maintain a commercial fishing guide concession from the waters of Lake Pleasant within the Maricopa County Regional Park System. Flathead Ed Adventures will provide guided fishing expeditions to the recreational public at Lake Pleasant Regional Park. The Concessionaire is responsible for all costs associated with the operation, maintenance, safety, as well as all licensing and permits. The term of this Agreement is from the date of the Board of Supervisors approval through December 31, 2014, with ten (10) one (1) year automatic renewals, unless either party gives prior notice of intent not to renew.
