66. TRANSFER OF EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY TO PARKS DONATION FUND In accordance with A.R.S. 42-17106B, approve and authorize the following: a) the transfer of revenue and expenditure authority between the General Government Grants (Fund 249) and the Parks Donation Fund (Fund 243). This action will require a revenue and expenditure appropriation adjustment decreasing the FY 2014 General Government Grants (Fund 249) by $14,000 and increasing the FY 2014 Parks Donation Fund (Fund 243) by $14,000. These adjustments will result in a countywide net impact of zero. The Parks Donation Fund ( 243) has seen an increase in monetary donations in FY2014 that has exceeded our appropriated budgeted amount. Due to the increased donations Parks is able to enhance interpretive programs and displays by expending these additional funds. (C-30-14-035-2-00)
