49. NEW COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT CONCESSIONS AGREEMENT WITH PEDAL THERAPY, LLC Approve a new Commercial Management Concessions Agreement with Pedal Therapy, LLC that will allow this Concessionaire to manage, operate and maintain a commercial guided mountain biking rental concession from within the Maricopa County Regional Park System. Pedal Therapy will provide mountain biking, coaching and guided biking tours as a concession within the Maricopa County Regional Park System and in so doing will be providing additional services to the recreational public. The concessionaire is responsible for all costs associated with the operation, maintenance, safety, licensing, insurance and permits. The term of this agreement is from the Board of Supervisors' approval through December 31, 2015, with ten (10) one (1)-year automatic renewal options. (C-30-15-007-M-00)
