42. NEW COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT CONCESSIONS AGREEMENT WITH MIKA VENTURES, LLC DBA LUV 2 STAND UP PADDLE Approve a new Commercial Management Concessions Agreement with Mika Ventures, LLC dba Luv 2 Stand Up Paddle that will allow this Concessionaire to manage, operate and maintain stand up paddle boards and kayaks commercial concession from within the Maricopa County Regional Park System. Luv 2 Stand Up Paddle will provide stand up paddle boards and kayaks for instructions and tours at Lake Pleasant, and in so doing, will be providing additional services to the recreational public. The concessionaire is responsible for all costs associated with the operation, maintenance, safety, licensing and permits. The term of this Agreement is from the Board of Supervisors' approval through December 31, 2015, with ten (10) one (1)-year automatic renewal options. (C-30-15-017-M-00)
