32. NEW COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT CONCESSIONS AGREEMENT WITH REEL ’EM IN ADVENTURES Approve a new Commercial Management Concessions Agreement with Reel ‘Em In Adventures that will allow this Concessionaire to manage, operate and maintain a commercial guided fishing concession from waters of Lake Pleasant, within the Maricopa County Regional Park System. Reel ‘Em In Adventures will provide guided fishing expeditions as a concession at Lake Pleasant Regional Park, within the Maricopa County Regional Park System, and in so doing will be providing additional services to the recreational public. The concessionaire is responsible for all costs associated with the operation, maintenance, safety, licensing and permits. The term of this Agreement is from the Board of Supervisors' approval through December 31, 2015, with ten (10) one (1)-year automatic renewal options. (C-30-15-022-M-00)
