45. NON-MOTORIZED RECREATION TRAIL EASEMENT WITH FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT OF MARICOPA COUNTY Approve a document for the Non-Motorized Recreation Trail Easement between Flood Control District of Maricopa County and Maricopa County Parks and Recreation for a portion of Maricopa Trail Segment 35. This Easement is being issued according to an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between both parties. The parcel is located: 1. On northwest corner of Indian School Road and 195th Ave in Buckeye, AZ 2. Assessor Parcel Number 502-28-563A, 502-28-563A, 502-77-748A, .91 +/- acres or 39,750.15 +/- sq. ft. The Flood Control District and Maricopa County Parks and Recreation have an IGA that permits Maricopa County Parks and Recreation to develop pedestrian, bicycle, and equestrian trails along with recreational features, as part of Maricopa Trail system throughout Maricopa County, on areas that did not interfere with flood control purposes. The granting of the easement will complete the permit process and give permanent rights to the County for a recreational use open to the public. (C-30-15-026-M-00)
