46. AMENDMENT TO PARKS GENERAL FUND NON-RECURRING In accordance with A.R.S. §42-17106(B), authorize the following amendment to the FY2016 Parks and Recreation (300) General Fund (100) Non-Recurring Budget (0001): Increase the expenditure authority in the amount of $71,169. Decrease the expenditure authority for the Non Departmental (470) Grant Fund (249) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) in the amount of $71,169. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero. These actions do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. The following actions are necessary because the one-time non-recurring projects were unable to be completed in FY 2015 due to a Fire Marshal order of work which required the Desert Outdoor Center to be closed to the public and there were reservations in place until August in FY 2016. Increase the expenditure authority for the Desert Outdoor Center Fire Alarm Repair in the amount of $41,169. Increase the expenditure authority for the Desert Outdoor Center Water Storage Tank Cleaning in the amount of $30,000. Both projects remain within the original budgeted amount. (C-30-15-032-2-00)

Expenditure authority should have been adjusted within the General Fund only. The projects remain within their original budget and the funds were available due to reconciliation of unspent funds in FY 2015. (C-30-15-032-2-01)
