39. NON-MOTORIZED RECREATION TRAIL EASEMENT WITH FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT OF MARICOPA COUNTY FOR THE MARICOPA TRAIL, WHITE TANKS FRS #3 STRUCTURE Accept and sign Non-Motorized Recreation Trail Easement between Flood Control District of Maricopa County and Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department (Parks) for a portion of Maricopa Trail Segment 35. This Easement is being issued pursuant to IGA FCD 2006A002. The parcel is located at Jackrabbit Trail between Bethany Home Road and Northern Avenue and is part of a channel purchased for the White Tanks FRS No. 3 structure. The Flood Control District and Parks have an IGA that permits Parks to develop pedestrian, bicycle, and equestrian trails along with recreational features as part of the Maricopa Trail system throughout Maricopa County.
