A-1. SET PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED REVISION TO THE MARICOPA COUNTY PARKS AND RECREATION PARK RULES Pursuant to A.R.S. §11-934, §11-935, and §11-936, set a public hearing for January 13, 2016, to solicit comments and consider the adoption of proposed revision to the Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department Park R ules. Upon Board approval, this rule modification will become effective January 13, 2016. Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department and the Parks and Recreation Commission recommend revis ion to Park Rule R-106 Firearms, Hunting and Trapping. The Board must set this matter for public hearing pursuant to statutory requirement. (C-30-16-009-M-00)

PROPOSED REVISION TO THE MARICOPA COUNTY PARKS AND RECREATION PARK RULES Pursuant to A.R.S. §11-934, §11-935 and §11-936 , convene the scheduled public hearing, to solicit comments and consider the adoption of proposed revision to the Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department Park Rules. Upon Board approval, this rule modification will become effective January 13, 2016.
