36. NEW COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT CONCESSIONS AGREEMENT WITH PERFECT BOAT RENTALS, LLC DBA WESTSIDE RECREATION Approve a new Commercial Management Concessions Agreement with Perfect Boat Rentals, LLC dba Westside Recreation that will allow this Concessionaire to manage, operate and maintain a commercial concession within the Maricopa County Regional Park System. Westside Recreation will provide boat rentals and boat maintenance as a concession to the recreational public throughout the Maricopa County Park System. Rentals will be transacted off-site and concessionaire will deliver the boats to Lake Pleasant for the client. Minor maintenance will be conducted on site to assist patrons who are unable to get their boat started. Concessionaire is responsible for all costs associated with the operation, safety, maintenance, insurance, licensing and permits. The term of this Agreement is from the Board of Supervisors’ approval through December 31, 2016, with ten (10) one (1) year automatic renewals, unless either party gives prior notice of intent not to renew. The activities for this concession will be located in Supervisory District 4. (C-30-16-013-M-00)

TERMINATION OF COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT CONCESSION AGREEMENT WITH PERFECT BOAT RENTALS, LLC DBA WESTSIDE RECREATION Approve the termination of the Commercial Management Concession Agreement (C-30-16-013-M-00) between Maricopa County and Perfect Boat Rentals, LLC dba Westside Recreation (Concessionaire) on February 17, 2016 (Agreement) and delegate authority to Director of Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department (MCPRD) or his designee to provide prior written notice to Concessionaire to terminate the Agreement. The Agreement authorized the Concessionaire to manage, operate and maintain a concession within the Maricopa County Regional Park System. Termination will be effective on September 4, 2019. This termination is due to the nonperformance in operating the concession activities and failure to provide proof of insurance. The Agreement authorized the Concessionaire to manage, operate and maintain a concession within the Maricopa County Regional Park System. Termination will be effective on September 4, 2019.
