40. NEW COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT CONCESSIONS AGREEMENT WITH FAT BIKE, LLC DBA SONORAN OUTDOOR ADVENTURES Approve a new Commercial Management Concessions Agreement with Fat Bike, LLC dba Sonoran Outdoor Adventures that will allow this Concessionaire to manage, operate and maintain a commercial concession within the Maricopa County Regional Park System. Sonoran Outdoor Adventures will provide and maintain guided events such as hiking tours, mountain biking rentals and tours, and un-motorized watercraft rentals and tours as a concession to the recreational public within the Maricopa County Regional Park System. Concessionaire is responsible for all costs associated with the operation, safety, maintenance, insurance, licensing and permits. The term of this Agreement is from the Board of Supervisors’ approval through December 31, 2016, with ten (10) one (1) year automatic renewals, unless either party gives prior notice of intent not to renew. The activities for this concession will be located in all Supervisory Districts. (C-30-17-005-M-00)
