37. GIFT DEED WITH RESERVATION OF CONSERVATION EASEMENT AND ACCESS EASEMENT WITH THE NATURE CONSERVANCY FOR THE HASSAYAMPA RIVER PRESERVE AT VULTURE MOUNTAINS RECREATION AREA Approve the Gift Deed with Reservation of Conservation Easement and Access Easement (“Gift Deed”) between Maricopa County (“County”) and The Nature Conservancy (“TNC”) for the Hassayampa River Preserve at Vulture Mountains Recreation Area. Via execution of this Gift Deed with Reservation of Conservation Easement and Access Easement (“Gift Deed”) TNC will convey and quit claim to County approximately 65.3 acres of land as described in Exhibit A (“Property”) attached to the Gift Deed, also known as the visitor center parcel, along with associated Well and Water Rights as described in Exhibit B attached to the Gift Deed, and as provided in the Agreement to Donate and Waiver of Appraisal and Compensation, which is being executed simultaneous to the Gift Deed. The Gift Deed is subject to reservations, restrictions and agreements of record, for open space, recreation, education, park conservation and a portion that may be used for a public library and/or nature center, and the property’s use is restricted by the Reservation of Conservation Easement attached as Exhibit C to the Gift Deed, which is also being executed simultaneous to the Gift Deed. Vulture Mountains Recreation Area is located in Supervisory District No. 4. (C-30-17-012-M-00)
