62. CHALLENGE COST SHARE AGREEMENT WITH UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE - FOREST SERVICE, TONTO NATIONAL FOREST FOR THE BRONCO TRAILHEAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT Approve and execute the Challenge Cost Share Agreement between Maricopa County and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service, Tonto National Forest for the Bronco Trailhead Improvement Project (Section 20) portion of the Maricopa Trails in the Maricopa County Park system. The purpose of this Challenge Cost Share Agreement is to document the cooperation between the parties for the Bronco Trailhead Improvement Project (Section 20) portion of the Maricopa Trail. The agreement consists of the planning, implementation, construction and coordination with the Maricopa Trail and Park Foundation for this portion of the Maricopa Trail, located in the Tonto National Forest. The term of this License will be from the date of the last signature and is effective through December 31, 2017. This item is located in all Supervisory Districts. (C-30-17-015-M-00)
