ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF CONDITIONS FOR THE CONSERVATION EASEMENT DOCUMENTATION REPORT WITH THE NATURE CONSERVANCY FOR THE HASSAYAMPA RIVER PRESERVE AT VULTURE MOUNTAIN RECREATION AREA Execute the Acknowledgement of Conditions for the Conservation Easement Documentation Report (“Documentation Report”) between Maricopa County (“County”) and The Nature Conservancy (“TNC”) for the Hassayampa River Preserve at Vulture Mountains Recreation Area, as recommended by the Director of Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department (“Parks”). This Documentation Report provides a natural resource inventory and documents the condition of the 65.3 acres of land described in Exhibit 1 (“Protected Property”) attached to the Report, also known as the visitor center parcel, which is being donated to the County via the Gift Deed with Reservation of Conservation Easement and Access Easement (“Gift Deed”) being executed simultaneous to this Documentation Report. The Protected Property is located in Maricopa County, Arizona, three miles southeast of the Town of Wickenburg. The Protected Property is bordered by US 60/89 to the east, Bureau of Land Management Vulture Mountains Management Area to the west, and contains a stretch of the Hassayampa River Preserve. Parks has reviewed this Documentation Report and agrees that the property condition described in the Documentation Report, as of the date of Gift Deed execution, is accurate. Vulture Mountains Recreation Area is located in Supervisory District #4. (C-30-17-018-M-00)
