40. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF CONDITION FOR THE LEASED PROPERTY REPORT FOR THE LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE NATURE CONSERVANCY FOR THE HASSAYAMPA RIVER PRESERVE AT VULTURE MOUNTAIN RECREATION AREA Execute the Acknowledgement of Conditions for the Condition of Leased Property Report (“Report”) between Maricopa County (“County”) and The Nature Conservancy (“TNC”) for the Hassayampa River Preserve at Vulture Mountains Recreation Area, as recommended by the Director of Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department (“Parks”). This Report provides written documentation of the condition of the leased property containing 646 acres of land described in Exhibit 1 as attached to the Report and in Exhibit A of the Lease Agreement, being executed simultaneous to this Report. The leased property is located in Maricopa County, Arizona, three miles southeast of the Town of Wickenburg. The Protected Property is bordered by US 60/89 to the east, Bureau of Land Management Vulture Mountains Management Area to the west, and contains a stretch of the Hassayampa River Preserve. Parks has reviewed this Report and agrees that the property condition described in the Report is accurate. Vulture Mountains Recreation Area is located in Supervisory District #4. (C-30-17-022-M-00)
