DONATIONS FOR PARKS MEMORIAL BENCHES Accept restricted monetary donations from Jessica Jones $900/San Tan Park; Darwin Klockers $900/Cave Creek Park; Elaine Shapiro $900/Usery Park; Wendy Romanchuk $900/White Tank Park; Michelle McDougall $1,800/Spur Cross Ranch Conservation Area; and Jerry Wilson $900/Lake Pleasant Park for memorial benches to be placed within the designated Maricopa County Regional Park. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 243 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law.
