DONATIONS FOR PARKS MEMORIAL BENCHES Accept the restricted monetary donation of $900 from Amy Issenmann for a memorial bench to be placed within Usery Regional Park and $1,000 from Carol Allen for a memorial bench to be placed within Spur Cross Ranch Conservation Area. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 243 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-30-18-015-D-00)
