DONATIONS FOR PARKS AND RECREATION Accept the restricted monetary donations of $900 from John Eastridge for a memorial bench to be placed within San Tan Mountain Regional Park; $1,000 from Jan Hertzfeld for a memorial bench to be placed within Cave Creek Regional Park; $1,000 from Robert Wiliks for a memorial bench to be placed within McDowell Mountain Regional Park; and $500 from Robert Ruggiero for Waterfall Trail located within White Tank Mountain Regional Park. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 243 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-30-18-017-D-00)
