IGA WITH CITY OF BUCKEYE AND CITY OF SURPRISE FOR WHITE TANK MOUNTAIN REGIONAL PARK Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) among the City of Buckeye (Buckeye), City of Surprise (Surprise) and Maricopa County (County) related to White Tank Mountain Regional Parks (Park). This IGA will set forth the County, Buckeye and Surprise agreements as related to the Park, prohibition against future annexation of the Park and the inclusion of portions of the Park in the planning areas of Buckeye and Surprise, for their respective general plans. The Park is not within the corporate boundaries of either Buckeye or Surprise. Both Buckeye and Surprise agree they will not attempt to extend any regulatory control over the Park without prior written consent of the County.
