NOTICE OF APPRAISAL FOR ARIZONA LAND DEPARTMENT RIGHT OF WAY FOR MARICOPA TRAIL SEGMENTS 11, 12, 14, 33, 35 Approve the Notice of Appraisal (NOA) for Arizona State Land Department (ASLD) for Right of Way (ROW) necessary for the completion of Maricopa Trail Segments 11, 12, 14, 33 and 35. Approve the NOA for ASLD ROW that have been appraised and are essential links to the completion of the main loop of the Maricopa Trail. This loop connects the Maricopa County Parks that circle the metropolitan area. The five acquisitions in the NOA are located in northern Peoria, I-10 at Tuthill Road and in Rainbow Valley (Segments 11, 12, 14, 33 and 35). Additionally, authorize the Chairman to execute and process the subject NOA documents and related expenditure of $2,500.00 for the auction advertising fee, on behalf of Maricopa County. ARIZONA LAND DEPARTMENT RIGHT OF WAY DOCUMENTS FOR MARICOPA TRAIL SEGMENTS 11, 12, 14, 33, 35 Approve and execute the Arizona State Land Department (ASLD) Right of Way (ROW) for the completion of Maricopa Trail Segments 11, 12, 14, 33 and 35. Approve and execute the ASLD ROW that has been purchased by the County on July 24, 2018, per the Notice of Appraisal (NOA) that was approved by the Board of Supervisors on April 11, 2018 (C-30-18-019-M-00). This perpetual ROW is an essential link to the completion of the main loop of the Maricopa Trail. This loop connects the Maricopa County Parks that circle the metropolitan area. The five acquisitions in the NOA are located in northern Peoria, I-10 at Tuthill Road and in Rainbow Valley (Segments 11, 12, 14, 33 and 35).
