DONATIONS FOR PARKS AND RECREATION Accept the restricted monetary donations of $1,000 from Ginia Wickersham for a memorial bench to be placed within Usery Mountain Regional Park; $1,000 from Stephanie Blaufuss for a memorial bench to be placed within White Tank Mountain Regional Park; $1,000 from Steve Phillabaum for a memorial bench to be placed within McDowell Mountain Regional Park; and $1,000 from Tom Worcester for a memorial bench to be placed within the Hassayampa River Preserve. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 243 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-30-18-024-D-00)
