DONATIONS FOR PARKS AND RECREATION Accept the restricted monetary donations of $1,000 each from Jill Taylor, Nadine Glemba, and Rebecca Stanger for three memorial benches to be placed within Usery Mountain Regional Park; $1,075 from Claude Eatherly for a memorial bench with an additional plaque and $1,000 each from Laural Taylor and Jerry Bardsley for memorial benches to be placed within White Tank Mountain Regional Park; $1,000 from Pat Killen for a memorial bench to be placed within McDowell Mountain Regional Park; and $75 from Charlotte Peters for an additional plaque to be placed on a previously purchased memorial bench within Lake Pleasant Regional Park. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 243 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-30-19-012-D-00)
