DONATIONS FOR PARKS AND RECREATION Accept the restricted monetary donations of: • $1,000 each from Sherry Stanley and Holly Emmerich for two memorial benches to be placed within Usery Mountain Regional Park; • $1,075 from Barbara Verri for a memorial bench with an additional plaque to be placed within White Tank Mountain Regional Park; • $1,000 each from Curt Burnley, Donna Moss, Jim and Lisa Swanson, Jeannette Hadwin, and the Albert and Carol Wood Family for five memorial benches to be placed within White Tank Mountain Regional Park; and • $5,000 from Charlotte Peters to be used at the Hassayampa River Preserve. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 243 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-30-19-015-D-00)
