77. DONATIONS FOR PARKS AND RECREATION Accept the restricted monetary donations of: • $1,000 each from Susan Newton and Kristie Amator for two memorial benches to be placed within Estrella Mountain Regional Park; • $1,075 from Ryan Mommer for a memorial bench with an additional plaque to be placed within Lake Pleasant Regional Park; • $1,000 each from Marjoria Scott and Ken Foster for two memorial benches to be placed within San Tan Mountain Regional Park; and • $1,000 from Michael Hicks for a memorial bench to be placed within McDowell Mountain Regional Park. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 243 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-30-20-001-D-00)
