DONATIONS FOR PARKS AND RECREATION Accept the restricted monetary donations of $1,000 from Loretta Spielvogel for a memorial bench to be placed within McDowell Park; $1,000 from the family of Joyce A Cooley for a memorial bench to be placed within White Tank Mountain Regional Park; $1,000 from Don Heiman for a memorial bench to be placed within Usery Mountain Regional Park; $1,000 from Darl Haagen for a memorial bench to be placed within Estrella Mountain Regional Park; $1,000 from Lucy White for a memorial bench to be placed within San Tan Mountain Regional Park; and $2,000 from the Ocean Conservancy to be used for shoreline clean-up supplies within Lake Pleasant Regional Park. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 243 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-30-20-008-D-00)
