DONATIONS FOR PARKS AND RECREATION Accept the restricted monetary donations of $1,000 from Claudia Cooley for a memorial bench to be placed within Lake Pleasant Regional Park; a $1,000 from Brian and Julie Martin and a $1,000 from Kelli Kubista for two memorial benches to be placed within Usery Mountain Regional Park; a $1,000 from Patrick McHane for a memorial bench to be placed within San Tan Mountain Regional Park. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 243 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-30-20-010-D-00)
