COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT CONCESSION AGREEMENT - DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY FY20 ANNUAL REPORT Pursuant to the Resolution dated March 21, 2018 (Delegation to the Director of Parks and Recreation the Authority to Execute Commercial Management Concession Agreement for the Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department (#C 30-18-016-M-00) the Director of Parks and Recreation executed 13 agreements which generated revenues in the amount of $19,681.71 for FY20. Pursuant to A.R.S 11-941, the revenues were deposited in the operation and enhancement fund for the purpose of operating and enhancing facilities and services at existing county parks. The activities for these concessions were located in Supervisory Districts 1-5. (C-30-21-008-X-00)
