76. AMENDMENT TO USE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH ADOBE MOUNTAIN SPEEDWAY, LLC Approve and execute the Amendment One (“Amendment One”) to the Use Management Agreement (“Agreement”) between Maricopa County and Adobe Mountain Speedway, LLC (“Concessionaire”) (C-30-21-013-X-00). The purpose of Amendment One is to revise the design and construction of the Complex amenities in accordance with the phasing schedule in Section 4F, Exhibit 1, and Exhibit 2 of the Agreement. Term of the Agreement will expire December 9, 2040, with three options to renew for five (5) years each. Supervisory District: 3 (C-30-21-13-X-01)
