54. COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA MASTER NATURALIST ASSOCIATION Approve and execute a Cooperative Agreement between the Arizona Master Naturalist Association (AZMNA) and Maricopa County (County). This agreement between the County and the AZMNA will delineate authorities and responsibilities to accomplish common goals and objectives for safeguarding natural and cultural resources while creating opportunities for education, recreation, and ecological services in and around the County’s regional parks. This agreement also provides for the AZMNA’s Director and the County’s Director of Parks and Recreation or designee to administer the Agreement. There are no fees payable from either party to the other party for services and responsibilities as outlined in the agreement. The term of the agreement is five (5) years with a renewal option of five (5) years. The activities for this item are located in all Supervisory Districts. (C-30-21-025-X-00)
