SALT RIVER PROJECT LAND USE LICENSE FOR MARICOPA TRAIL - BUSH HIGHWAY TRAILHEAD Approve and execute the Salt River Project Land Use License (“License”) between Maricopa County (“Licensee”) and Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District (“Licensor”) for the Maricopa Trail Bush Highway Trailhead (“MT”) as part of the Maricopa County trail system. The purpose of this License is to use a certain section of Licensor’s property, as shown on Exhibit A, that includes a portion of Granite Reef Dam Road for the construction of a parking lot, trailhead area, trail, signage, and to clarify maintenance responsibilities of the parties.
