83. USE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA MODEL PILOTS SOCIETY Approve and execute the Use Management Agreement (“Agreement”) between Maricopa County and Arizona Model Pilots Society (“Concessionaire”) for the promotion, management, operation and maintenance of the existing remote control model airplane facility at Adobe Dam Regional Park (“Adobe”). All costs will be at the expense of Concessionaire. The Flood Control District of Maricopa County (“District”) and Maricopa County entered into a Joint Use Agreement for recreation management of certain District lands at Adobe. All underlying property interests will remain with Maricopa County and the District in accordance with the Agreement. Under the Agreement, Concessionaire may provide improvement and additional recreational amenities on approximately forty-nine (49) acres at Adobe. The term of the Agreement is ten (10) years.
