72. COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH MCDOWELL SONORAN CONSERVANCY Approve and execute a Cooperative Agreement between the McDowell Sonoran Conservancy (MSC) and Maricopa County (County). This agreement between the County and the MSC will delineate authorities and responsibilities to accomplish common goals and objectives for developing cooperative applied science-based research for the benefit of the County's ecosystem. There are no fees payable from either party to the other party for services and responsibilities as outlined in the agreement. The term of the agreement is five (5) years with a renewal option of five (5) years. The activities for this item are located in all Supervisory Districts. This agreement also provides for the MSC’s Director and the County’s Director of Parks and Recreation or their designee to administer the Agreement. (C-30-22-018-X-00)
