IGA WITH CITY OF AVONDALE FOR ESTRELLA MOUNTAIN REGIONAL PARK Approve and execute Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa County and the City of Avondale (“Agreement”) for shared recreational opportunities, programs, marketing. and events at Estrella Mountain Regional Park. This Agreement provides for the County’s Director of Parks and Recreation or their designee to administer the Agreement.
