IGA WITH NATIONAL PARK SERVICE FOR RESTORATION AND/OR INVASIVE SPECIES MANAGEMENT PROJECTS Approve and execute an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the National Park Service (NPS) and Maricopa County (County) for restoration and/or invasive species management projects. This agreement between the County and the NPS through its Lake Mead Inter-Regional Invasive Plant Management Team will delineate authorities and responsibilities to accomplish common goals and objectives for restoration and/or invasive species management projects within the County’s regional parks. The term of the agreement is three (3) years with automatic renewal options of two (2) additional one (1) year periods. (C-30-22-021-X-00)
