CHALLENGE COST SHARE AGREEMENT WITH USDA FOREST SERVICE TONTO NATIONAL FOREST FOR CAVE CREEK AND MESA RANGER DISTRICTS Approve and execute the Challenge Cost Share Agreement between Maricopa County and the USDA, Forest Service, Tonto National Forest for the Cave Creek and Mesa Ranger Districts portion of the Maricopa Trails in the Maricopa County Park system. The purpose of this agreement is to document the cooperation between the parties for the Cave Creek and Mesa Ranger Districts portion of the Maricopa Trail. The agreement consists of the Maricopa Trail planning, implementation, construction, operation and maintenance within the Cave Creek and Mesa Ranger Districts of the Tonto National Forest. The term of the agreement is from the date of the last signature through November 31, 2026. (C-30-22-022-X-00)
