DONATIONS FOR PARKS AND RECREATION Accept the restricted monetary donation of $10,012.34 for Iron Rangers to be placed within McDowell Mountain Regional Park from Friends of McDowell Park, a $1,050 donation for a memorial bench to be placed within McDowell Mountain Regional Park from Don & Lisa Swearingen, a $1,050 donation for a memorial bench to be placed within Estrella Mountain Regional Park from Natalie Rivera, and a $1,050 donation for a memorial bench to be placed within Usery Mountain Regional Park from Kelli Grant. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 243 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-30-22-033-X-00)
