DONATIONS FOR PARKS AND RECREATION Accept the restricted monetary donation of $1,185 for a memorial bench to be placed within Hassayampa River Preserve from Diane Simmons, a $1,185 donation for a memorial bench to be placed within Cave Creek Regional Park from Steve & Jan Hertzfeld, a $1,185 donation for a memorial bench to be placed within McDowell Mountain Regional Park from Kathy & Randy Cross, a $1,185 donation for a memorial bench to be placed within Lake Pleasant Regional Park from Laura Peters. In addition, accept the restricted non-monetary donation of 80 15-gallon blue palo verde trees, 24 5-gallon creosote bushes, and 20 5-gallon fairy duster shrubs ($2,600 value) from Wildlife Habitat Council planted at Estrella Mountain Regional Park. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 243 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-30-22-038-X-00)
