MOU FOR ADOBE DAM PERIMETER FENCING PROJECT Approve and execute the Memorandum of Understanding between the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (DISTRICT) and Maricopa County (COUNTY), through its Parks and Recreation Department (PARKS) (MOU) for the installation and maintenance of perimeter property boundary pipe rail fencing at Adobe Dam Regional Park (PROJECT) to protect DISTRICT property and COUNTY recreational areas from illegal off-road trespassing and illegal dumping. This MOU identifies and defines the responsibilities of DISTRICT and PARKS, for the installation and ongoing operation and maintenance of the PROJECT. The MOU shall become effective as of the date it has been executed by all parties. Supervisorial District #3 (C-30-22-040-X-00)
