72. RECREATIONAL TRAIL LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH STATE OF ARIZONA, ARIZONA GAME AND FISH COMMISSION FOR MARICOPA TRAIL SEGMENT 33 Approve and execute a Recreational Trail License Agreement (License Agreement) with State of Arizona, by and through the Arizona Game and Fish Commission (Commission) for Maricopa County (County) to operate, utilize and maintain a recreational trail (Trail) across a portion of the Commission owned or controlled land, known as Robbins Butte. No property interest in the use of the Trail is conveyed to the County. The term of this License Agreement shall be for ten (10) years from the date of the last signature. There is one ten (10) year renewal at the option of the Commission. Either party may terminate the License Agreement upon thirty days’ notice to the other party.
