IGA WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF FORESTRY AND FIRE MANAGEMENT RELATING TO MARICOPA COUNTY PARKS Approve and execute an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County (County) and the Arizona Department of Forestry and Fire Management (DFFM) relating to Maricopa County Parks for the management of the reduction of wildfire risk and/or mitigation, watershed improvement, native biodiversity, and educational programs. This IGA details the process to develop and implement collaborative partnership programs, projects, and activities. The term of the agreement is five (5) years and may be renewed for two (2) additional five (5) year terms. The activities for this item are located in all Supervisory Districts. (C-30-23-018-X-00)
