27. DONATIONS FOR PARKS AND RECREATION Accept a $2,381.50 donation of trees and shrubs for Estrella Regional Park from the Wildlife Habitat Council; a $2,425.00 donation of plants for Estrella Regional Park from the Desert Botanic Garden. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 243 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-30-23-020-X-00)
