35. DONATIONS FOR PARKS AND RECREATION Accept the restricted monetary donations of $1,500.00 for a memorial bench to be placed within Estrella Mountain Regional Park from Dan McFarland; a donation valued at $5,000.00 of a gate syst em and control arm currently installed at gate three at Lake Pleasant Regional Park from Scorpion Bay Holdings, LLC. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 243 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of constitu tional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursu ant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-30-23-024-X-00)
