74. IGA WITH FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT OF MARICOPA COUNTY Approve and execute the Intergovernmental Agreement between the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (DISTRICT) and Maricopa County (COUNTY), administered through its Parks and Recreation Department (MCPRD) (IGA), to allow the DISTRICT unfettered access to any Maricopa County Parks, upon proper notice to the administration of said park, for the purpose of collecting seeds to be used to germinate native plant materials in tall pots, in exchange for the DISTRICT providing native plant materials propagated in tall pots to MCPRD on an as needed and as available basis. The IGA shall become effective as of the date it has been executed by all parties. Term of the IGA is five (5) years with three (3) additional five (5) year automatic renewals unless either party provides notice not to renew. This Agenda Item impacts all Supervisory Districts.
