DONATIONS FOR PARKS AND RECREATION Accept the restricted monetary donation of $1,605.00 for a memorial bench to be placed within Lake Pleasant Regional Park from Dorothy Crater; a $1,500.00 donation for a memorial bench to be placed within Hassayampa River Preserve from Russell Lee; a $250.00 donation for a memorial plaque to be placed in White Mountain Regional Park from Jennifer Bethay; a $250.00 donation for a memorial plaque to be placed in Usery Mountain Regional Park from Janelle Martel; a $250.00 donation for a memorial plaque to be placed in White Tank Mountain Regional Park from Dwight Treibel; a $1,500.00 donation for a memorial bench to be placed in Estrella Mountain Regional Park from Andrea Maitland & Michael Chambers; a $278.00 donation of plants to be placed in Cave Creek Regional Park from Desert Botanic Gardens; a $6,334.85 donation of plants to be placed in Estrella Mountain Regional Park from Wildlife Habitat Council & Arizona Forward; a monetary donation of $1,000.00 for McDowell Mountain Regional Park from Mary Uchida. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 243 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-30-24-013-X-00)
