56. INCREASE TO REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY, PARKS AND RECREATION SOUVENIR FUND (F239) Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17106(B), approve the following FY 2024 appropriation adjustments: 1. Increase the expenditure and revenue appropriation in the Parks and Recreation Department (D300) Parks Souvenir Fund (Fund 239) Operating (OPER) by $30,000. 2. Decrease the expenditure and revenue appropriation in the Non-Departmental (D470) Non-Departmental Grants Fund (249) Operating (OPER) Contingency (4711) budget in the line “Unreserved Contingency” by $30,000. These actions will have a county-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenue duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105.
