45. ASSIGNMENT OF ESTRELLA MOUNTAIN REGIONAL GOLF COURSE USE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT Approve the assignment of Estrella Mountain Regional Park Golf Course Use Management Agreement, as amended, from Sierra Estrella, LLC to Textron Financial Corporation and SPE GO Holdings, Inc whereas Sierra Estrella LLC has entered or will enter into a Settlement, Release and Property Conveyance Agreement with Textron Financial Corporation and SPE GO Holdings, Inc. to transfer interests in the Estrella Mountain Regional Park Golf Course Use Management Agreement (C-30-97-022-01) from Sierra Estrella, LLC to Textron Financial Corporation and SPE GO Holdings, Inc for the management of the golf course complex. Maricopa County originally entered into a Use Management Agreement with Sierra Estrella, LLC (C-30-97-022-01) on March 12, 1997. Conditions of the original Agreement, as amended, remain unchanged. Term of the Agreement is from March 12, 1997 through April 30, 2027 with one (1) ten (10)-year renewal option remaining. There is no financial impact to the County. (C-30-11-010-3-00)
