The purpose of this Intergovernmental Agreement is to provide AIDS Pharmaceutical Assistance, administered by the Ryan White Part A Program. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES Amendment No. 1 to Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) HG952236 between Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) and Maricopa County through the Workforce Management and Development, amending amount to not-to-exceed amount of $1,000,000 to $2,000,000. The purpose of this Intergovernmental Agreement is to provide AIDS Pharmaceutical Assistance, administered by the Ryan White Part B Program. This Intergovernmental Agreement new effective date will be from January 28, 2009 until February 28, 2010. Item withdrawn at the request of the department. (C-31-09-008-3-01)
