50. AMENDMENTS TO THE BYLAWS OF THE PHOENIX EMA RYAN WHITE PART A PLANNING COUNCIL Approve amendments to the Bylaws of the Phoenix EMA Ryan White Part A Planning Council (Planning Council), effective upon the date of the Board of Supervisor’s approval. In compliance with HRSA regulations, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors appointed the Ryan White Part A Planning Council to set priorities and determine resource allocations for services funded by the Ryan White Treatment Modernization Act of 2006 (formerly the Ryan White CARE Act of 1990). The original Planning Council drafted Bylaws to govern their activities, which were approved by the Board of Supervisors on June 5, 1996. Subsequent amendments were approved on October 4, 2004 and March 1, 2006. The current Ryan White Planning Council has drafted additional amendments to these Bylaws, which are presented to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors for approval. (C-31-10-007-9-00)
