51. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES Amendment No. 1 to Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) HG952236 between Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) and Maricopa County through the Workforce Management and Development, amending not-to-exceed amount of $1,000,000 to $2,000,000. The purpose of this Intergovernmental Agreement is to provide AIDS Pharmaceutical Assistance, administered by the Ryan White Part B Program. This Intergovernmental Agreement new effective date will be from January 28, 2009 until June 30, 2010. (C-31-10-008-3-00)
