34. APPOINTMENTS TO THE RYAN WHITE PLANNING COUNCIL The County Manager recommends: Reappointments •Reappoint Barr Jenkins, General Public representative for a three-year term to begin on the first day of the month following the approval of the Board of Supervisors (March 1, 2010-February 28, 2013) •Reappoint Miguel Garruna, General Public representative for a three-year term to begin on the first day of the month following the approval of the Board of Supervisors (March 1, 2010-February 28, 2013). •Reappoint MiAsia Pasha, General Public representative for a three-year term to begin on the first day of the month following the approval of the Board of Supervisors (March 1, 2010-February 28, 2013) There is no pre-screening undertaken for any individuals recommended for reappointment or who had previously served as a Council member. Service Provider Representatives •Reappoint Cheri Tomlinson, Service Provider representative, Ryan White Part D for a three-year term to begin on the first day of the month following the approval of the Board of Supervisors (March 1, 2010-February 28, 2013) •Reappoint Claire Sinay, Service Provider representative, AHCCCS for a three-year term to begin on the first day of the month following the approval of the Board of Supervisors (March 1, 2010-February 28, 2013) •Reappoint Deborah Frusciano, Service Provider representative, Phoenix Children’s Hospital for a three-year term to begin on the first day of the month following the approval of the Board of Supervisors (March 1, 2010-February 28, 2013) •Reappoint Maclovia Morales, Service Provider representative, Chicanos por la Causa for a three-year term to begin on the first day of the month following the approval of the Board of Supervisors (March 1, 2010-February 28, 2013) There is no pre-screening undertaken for any individuals recommended for reappointment or who had previously served as a Council member. •Reappointment of Existing Alternates Alternates share the same appointment terms as the appointed members of the Council. •Reappoint Boni Lowney as an Alternate for Cheri Tomlinson, Service Provider representative, Ryan White Part D for a three-year term to begin on the first day of the month following the approval of the Board of Supervisors (March 1, 2010-February 28, 2013) •Reappoint Kimberley Bickes as an Alternate for Deborah Frusciano, Service Provider representative, Phoenix Children’s Hospital for a three-year term to begin on the first day of the month following the approval of the Board of Supervisors (March 1, 2010-February 28, 2013) •Reappoint Yvette Madero as an Alternate for Maclovia Morales, Service Provider representative, Chicanos por la Causa for a three-year term to begin on the first day of the month following the approval of the Board of Supervisors (March 1, 2010-February 28, 2013) New Appointments to the Planning Council General Public Representatives •Appoint Andrew Cheyvollier, General Public representative to the Ryan White Planning Council, for a three-year term to begin on the first day of the month following the approval of the Board of Supervisors (March 1, 2010-February 28, 2013) • Appoint Don Welsh, General Public representative to the Ryan White Planning Council, for a three-year term to begin on the first day of the month following the approval of the Board of Supervisors (March 1, 2010-February 28, 2013) •Appoint Robert Solis, General Public representative to the Ryan White Planning Council, for a three-year term to begin on the first day of the month following the approval of the Board of Supervisors (March 1, 2010-February 28, 2013) Institutional Representatives •Appoint Richard Burrell, Institutional representative, Buckeye Outreach Social Services to the Ryan White Planning Council, for a three-year term to begin on the first day of the month following the approval of the Board of Supervisors (March 1, 2010-February 28, 2013) Notification of Resignation from the Ryan White Planning Council The following individuals have notified the Membership Chair of the Planning Council that they will resign from the Planning Council, effective February 28, 2010. •Aneseli Torres •Charlton Wilson •Corey Boyette •Fernando Kitcheyan •Michelle Barker (C-31-10-011-9-00)
